Move-In Services:
I am excited about offering move-in services, which should be especially valuable to out-of-town buyers. I will assure that your home is complete and "party-ready" by:
- Coordinating interior work (painting, wall-papering, installation of window treatments, kitchen and bath renovations, etc.
- Meeting the movers, overseeing unpacking.
- Placing furniture and accessories.
- Hanging pictures.
- Outfitting kitchen and baths with all linens, china, crystal, and kitchenware in place.

Clients who are considering a move are often concerned that the purchase of an older home may entail great expense in renovating and decorating. Those purchasing new homes may feel overwhelmed by the possible cost of starting with a blank canvas.
I can demonstrate to you that the style and comfort you desire can be attained within your budget requirements. By updating and integrating existing furnishings, utilizing fine consignment or estate sale "finds," and adding budget-conscious new additions, finished interiors "look like a million" but are most cost effective.
Redecorating an existing home can also be daunting. Fear not! We can achieve innovative and stunning new decor that is tailored to your budget through color coordination, furniture placement, creative accessorizing, and the knowledge of the many terrific resources where "best buys" may be found.
Staging and Selling Your Home
Often, individuals who are selling their homes may benefit from staging and/or refreshing their home in order to enhance its marketability. I will advise you as to cost-effective and timely options (including color coordination and furniture placement) for making your home more attractive to prospective buyers. In staging your home, I will de-clutter, reorganize, and arrange furniture and accessories in order to create a clean, open, inviting and memorable first impression.
